- 1 Daytime WC with WC, urinal and wash basin.
- 1 Bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, washbasin and bidet.

- Separate ground-level entrance to the flat
- Sun-terrace with a southerly orientation and a view of the waterfall peak at a height of 2.652 m.

Information
- The prices are inclusive of taxes and final cleaning and apply to stays of at least 4 nights.
- For a short stay of up to 3 nights an additional charge of €30 will be made.
- Children up to the age of 2,99 years stay free of charge.
- The local residence tax will be added to the stated price. This amounts to 2,40 € per day, per person (from 14 years). The tax will be collected locally.
- Our preferred means of payment is cash.
- Should you arrive later or depart earlier than previously booked, the full price will be charged.
- For bookings cancelled from 20 to 60 days before your due arrival date, you will be charged 60 % from the cost of your stay.
For bookings cancelled within 20 days of your due arrival date, you will be charged 100 % from the cost of your stay. - Pets are not permitted – we ask for your understanding!
- The flat are ready for occupation from 14.00. On departure day, we ask you to vacate the flat by 10.00. Subject to prior arrangement, alternative arrival and departure times can also be agreed.
- If you arrive by bus or train, we will pick you up from the bus or train station in Sand in Taufers or Bruneck. Call ahead and tell us your arrival time.
- We offer you the discount card „Guestpass". The Guestpass includes the free use of all public South Tyrolean transport.
It also includes a colourful weekly program as well as discounts on numerous services.
