The prices listed are per night for the specified number of people, including all taxes and final cleaning.
Children's Discount
- Children up to 2.99 years stay with us for free
- Cribs, safety gates, high chairs, a baby monitor, a baby bath, and children's cutlery are available free of charge for your little ones.
Local Tax
A local tax of 2.40 € per person per night is charged for individuals aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and is to be paid on site.
Minimum Stay
The listed prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights. For shorter stays, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of 30 € per night.
Deposit
After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 250 € per holiday apartment and week to our account within 7 days to secure the booking. Your reservation is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be available from 14:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 10:00. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full, regardless of the actual duration of use of the apartments.
Payment Options
We accept payments in cash (up to a maximum amount of 4,999.99 €, in accordance with Italian law) or by bank transfer in advance.
Parking
For all holiday apartments, a covered parking space is available.
Electric Charging Station
Take advantage of our convenient electric charging station for a quick and comfortable recharge of your electric car (for a fee).
Pets
Please understand that at Rieplechn no pets are allowed.
Non-smoking Apartments
Smoking is prohibited in the holiday apartments and all communal areas of the farm. Smoking is permitted on balconies and terraces.
Guest Pass included
The Guest Pass of the holiday region allows you unlimited access to public transportation throughout South Tyrol.
Storage Room
Our guests have access to a ski boot dryer, a large freezer, and a depot for storing ski equipment, bicycles, and strollers.
WLAN
Fast internet (WLAN) is available free of charge in all holiday apartments.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the price.
Parking
Each holiday apartment has access to a covered parking space.
Electric Charging Station
Take advantage of our convenient electric charging station for a quick and comfortable recharge of your electric vehicle (for a fee).
Bread Service
You can also make use of the bread service. You can choose the breads yourself, which will be delivered fresh every morning from a bakery, except on Sundays and public holidays.
Laundry Room
The use of the communal washing machine is charged separately. An ironing board and iron are also available.
Transfer to the Accommodation
If you are arriving by bus or train, we offer a pick-up service from the bus or train station in Sand in Taufers or Bruneck. Please contact us in advance and let us know your exact arrival time so that we can organize your transport smoothly.
